Cities are full of unoccupied buildings and land that are an opportunity to be temporarily used for community space initiatives, cultural spaces or even shelter spaces.
 
As real estate developers, given the time it takes to develop a project, we feel frustrated seeing unoccupied spaces and buildings that sit idle without contributing anything to the community in wich they are located. 
 
It is with this awareness and with the prespective of participating and enriching the neighborhoods where it develops its projects, that LX Capital intends to promote temporary interventions that can be an effective way of activating spaces and places, experimenting with uses and engaging communities. 

For this goal, we challenge ourselves to use buildings when tehy are in the "meanwhile" period, waiting for licensing or the start of works, namely, through the promotion of collaborative cultural and artistic movements, giving artist the opportunity to exhibit and publicize their works, creating spaces where people can meet.

The building located at Rua da Quintinha 54, in Príncipe Real, is the first project where this program will materialize, through the collective contemporary art exhibition RANDOM.
